The UBACK TOURING 30+7 liters La Virgule X ZAG skis: the first upcycled ski touring bag in the world, a co-branding that combines requirement and creativity, technicality and responsibility.

The ZAG bag is designed for all types of hiking. Adopt it, and you'll be able to use it in summer and winter on all your best hikes.

More than a year and a half of prototypes and exchanges between Chamonix and Lille were necessary to arrive at a bag: technical, robust and intensely eco-responsible. Our mountains need it!

Upcycled materials

It was all about to go up in smoke, they'll soon be going on an adventure on your back:

• Survival canoes reformed for a waterproof, rugged outer fabric.

• Self-inflating mattresses from Quechua lined with a 3D mesh (not upcycled for the moment), ensuring comfort and breathability in the back.

• Internal lining made of F-One kite, light, resistant and above all unique for each bag.

• Probe pocket and shovel handle made of kitesurfing wing.

• Ice axe holder made of Petzl rope scraps and Simond crashpad.

Technical characteristics

• Orange safety compartment in the front of the bag for the shovel and probe with a sub-compartment made of kiteboarding bladder for the shovel + probe handle.

• Roll-top system for modularity of volume. Large YKK Aquaguard zip on the side for easy access to the main compartment.

• Possibility to hang 2 ice axes on the front panel + ice axe holder behind the logo.

• Adjustable and clip-on side ski racks. Wide passage to accommodate skis/splitboards up to 150mm.

• Ergonomic back and shoulder straps with vented back passage.

• Reinforced waist strap and lumbar support for optimal support. Adjustable in length.

• Chest strap adjustable in height and length.

• Inside pocket with explanation of the bag and its materials.

• Compartment for water pocket on the back. Hook to hold the pocket and opening to take out the hose.

• Passes on the front to fix the helmet.
